What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
I am leaving early in the morning. Can I have breakfast before 7:30 AM or get a takeaway breakfast?
The evening before your departure, you can request a simpler breakfast before 7:00 a.m. or a breakfast to take with you on your trip at no additional cost.
I am arriving early. Can I check in early?
The room will be available around 2:00 p.m., but if you wish to arrive earlier, you can store your luggage in our luggage room. We will make sure that your room is ready as soon as possible.
I am arriving late. How late can I check in?
You can check in until 11:00 PM. After this time, a surcharge will apply. Please remember to always notify our staff of your arrival time so that we can welcome you in the best possible way.

You can park for free in the vicinity of the hotel and in the surrounding areas. We recommend:

How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €2.50 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days and is not included in the booking price.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Can I book half board or all-inclusive?
Our packages only include bed and breakfast. Local products, quality ingredients, homemade desserts, and vegan and gluten-free alternatives await you every morning to give you our best good morning. We will also be happy to give you recommendations on restaurants and pizzerias with special agreements near us.
Is late check-out possible?
Of course, this service is subject to a fee, subject to availability, and available upon request.
Are you pet friendly? Is there a surcharge for pets?
Small and medium-sized pets are welcome both in the hotel and at our partner beach, Bagno 87 Carlo & 88 Vittorio. The cost of your pet’s stay is €10 per night, which covers the cost of more thorough cleaning of the rooms using appropriate detergents and sanitizers.
Are there gluten-free products for breakfast?
We always have packaged gluten-free products available: biscuits, cornflakes, crackers, rusks, cakes, fruit purees, soy, rice, and almond drinks. Remember to notify our staff at check-in so that we can have them ready every morning.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Reservation and cancellation terms may vary depending on the season. We recommend that you read your cancellation policy, which is always indicated in your reservation.
